The Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities applies to all Parish Councils with an annual turnover of £25,000 or less and requires the following to be published:


Full agenda

Draft or unconfirmed minutes

Spending over £100 (these are detailed in the minutes and Cashbook)

Annual end of financial year accounts

Annual governance and accountability return (AGAR)

Internal audit report

List of Councillors' areas of responsibility
